The house is rebuilt, clean and tidy with all declared equipment, with nice pictures and elegant decorations. Instructions about the house and appliances are on site, in Italian, English and German. So are some tips for trips to nearby destinations. Spacious patio and some room around the house to store paddleboard or other stuff. The hosts Rita and Michel were very hospitable and helpful. We needed Michel to explain how to operate ait conditioning in the upper room (bedroom). Kids enjoyed the house and the hosts, as well as the location. Swimming pool (approx. 25m) in the neighboring camp. Also in the camp is minimarket with reasonable prices. Beach with pebbles within walking distance. Restaurant is just next to the house, other eating facilities on the beach. We had very nice stay and would like to return to Villa Frantoio some day!

we stayed for 10 days at the Villa Frantoio and it was the best! Rita and Miguele are the nicest people, they were always there when we needed something and were very helpful, one day they even brought us fresh oranges and Rita invited us for coffee. the location is good too, very close to the beach and 15 minutes by foot to the Centre of mattinata, 3 minutes by car. it was very clean and when we wanted to have new towels for example we directly got new ones. I would totally go there again any time!
