Great place, right on the main street, very convenient. Excellent support from staff to find parking and to warn about the Limited Traffic Zone on the street.

The room was clean and bright. Located right on the Piazza. The best Gelato shop was just by the entrance and the nearest shop was just at the end of the road. If you are not driving you can use the beach bus which is €1 each way to the beach which drops you by the caratino. Caratino is our favourite restaurant on the beach along with La Veranda. We parked our car in Via Don Lorenzo facing the entrance. You can park down by the beach in the Caratino car park for €5 per day. The caratino is open most days 12.30pm-15.00pm then again at 19.30pm until late. You can claim the parking off your evening meal after 19.30pm or there is another place to park just past it on the left up a small hill also €5 per day. The cleaners came in everyday made the bed and replaced coffee, tea and toilet rolls ect. Tv had apps so you could sign into your own netflix/ amazon prime. WiFi signal was good. You could sit with the balcony doors open and watch the world go by.

We booked the double room with terrace and loved everything about it. Mattinata is a buzzing little town with lots of bars, restaurants with excellent food and a great atmosphere. Beautiful shingle beaches nearby with a good choice of lidos.

Lovely staff, great room, great location, great price. Easy to get everywhere, fantastic restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.
