Friendly staff and dont need to wait too long for the elevators Great breakfast, beyond expectation on the food quality given that its a buffet. Good valet attendant to park the vehicle for you

Ultra quiet. Not many to almost none western tourists who can disrupt by being loud. It is pricey but you feel it. Room was nice and I loved the traditional bathhouse vibe in the whole hotel. From simple note music in the corridors to the provision of traditional Japanese attire to walk the city Breakfast was amazing. A lot of options and fresh. The lobby was great too and the bath was done really well. Tattoo friendly as well. Staff members extremely polite. It almost felt you are in a time capsule inside the hotel. Location was great you are hunting for onsen away from the busy city centre. Room was very good sized for one person.
