I had stayed in Matsuyama last year but not near the station. This is right near the Massive New station, we found out about the shops and restaurants the morning we were leaving, so definitely check out the station.

The location was perfect close to transportation and close to amenities. It was on the tram route so easy to get to all the sites

Right in front of the station, close to a tram stop, walking distance to the castle park (abour 15min), comfortable bed, general hotel room with the usual equipment.
