The room was clean, in good condition and big enough for our needs. The staff allowed us to bring our bicycles into our room, which was great. The outdoor bath on the top floor was excellent, and the location was right in the middle of the action, so couldn't have asked for more.

Staff are super helpful, also tried very well in English, and had information ready for you in English. The room is small but could still fit quite well with our bags - we only stayed shortly. The onsen was fantastic! So beautiful and peaceful. Everyone was respectful and quiet. Lovely with free ice cream after!

Everything was great—the free ice treats were super delicious! The lounge area was also very cozy and well-maintained. The only slight regret was not having the chance to spend more time at this hotel.
