“Nice Ryokan and amazing Japanese experience”

We love this Japanese Ryokan. Futons are very comfortable. Great traditional Japanese room experience. Shared bathroom worked well. Owner is friendly but can’t communicate in English.

Good facilities with large family bath for soaking after a long day on the motorbike. Also there was parking available out the front for the bikes. Be aware there's 2 entrances, and Google Maps will take you to the back entrance.. Staff was very accommodating even though we changed our minds twice - first it was booked for 2 people, then we had another friend join us, who then cancelled again. Free bicycles to go to town, but you can walk in about 10min, 20min to the castle.

Owners were hardworking, kind and extremely attentive. Rented a bicycle for free and saw the city.
