The hotel is well equipped and our room had more space than the previous one in Tokyo we've stayed in. Check-in, check-out was easy, no extra fees were added (eg. for overnight stays). Night shirts were also included in the service and the 3rd floor had 2 washing machines.

The room is not really big, but it looks spacious by good furniture arrangement. The bed and pillow is comfortable. It is clean. Location is good.

We can definitely recommend staying here. The staff was extremely accommodating and helped us make a reservation in a restaurant we wanted to go to. Everything from early communication about parking to check in to breakfast bookings and check out went extremely smoothly. Without explicitly asking g for it we got rooms next to each other which is greatly appreciated when travelling with family. The rooms were very clean, much more spacious than expected and comfortable. The hotel is located close to the main points of interest in the city centre. Great value for money and a very comfortable stay - thank you for making the stay enjoyable.
