Authentic ryokan atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind. The food was very good and different from anything we have tried in Japan. The location is perfect for easily visiting Matsumoto’s main attractions.

The food was fantastic. The room charming and cozy. We immediately felt at home in the best way possible, the owner is very obliging and a tremendous chef. This place alone is worth the trip to Matsumoto!
