Staff was very nice, they picked us up from the station and upon our departure they offered to drive us back. Food was delicious and very generous in size, we were absolutly full after the meal. Onsen was nice with small outside space. Hotel is very close to station and it's easy to reach Kamikochi. We were very happy with our choice.

Location the the bus to Kamkochi was great. The meals were delicious and gave us the chance to try lots of different things. The private family onsen was lovely and they were really welcoming to kids (especially with the foods).

The breakfast and dinner were marvellous!!! Service at the front desk and restaurant was top notch and staff were so very helpful. The hotel is located in front of the Sawando Iwamidaira bus stop and makes for easy access to Kamikochi and Norikura. Loved the stay!
