Hotel is very well located right beside Matsumoto station with super market, shopping mall and lots of restaurants around it. The staffs are accommodating to allow luggage storage for 3 days while i do a side hiking trip at Kamikochi (Request was asked in advance). The breakfast provided was simple and nice.

Very close to the train station and the city centre. We were able to walk to almost every destination we wanted to see. The most incredible part of our stay was the staff, they were all truly amazing, from our check-in to checkout.

Very convenient location next to Matsumoto station, the main bus terminal, and the popular downtown area. Short walk to castle, old town, and museums.
