Fantastic location with spectacular views. The breakfast was superb with just the right amount and all of excellent quality. Sue and John were outstanding hosts who were friendly and helpful without been intrusive.

Room , owners welcoming and accommodating. Happy to offer advice about local attractions. Breakfast was up amongst the best tasted at B&B's. Quiet and peaceful.

The location, very quiet and peaceful, attention to detail, breakfast was great, good choice given, Cromford 6 mile walk at the doorstep for anyone who likes walking, free taxi service to Indian restaurant pick up and drop off

Great location on the outskirts of Matlock. Run by Sue and John who are excellent hosts. Breakfast very good and rooms comfortable. A pleasant lounge with stunning views. Car parking fine. The site is located on a very steep hill, which wasn't any problem to us, in fact it added to the entertainment. However it may impact on guests with mobility issues. It's a very quiet location which makes the stay very relaxing.
