For us coming from Malta this was paradise. Very peaceful environment right in the heart of the Peak District. 5 minute walk from the center of Matlock. The Sheriff Lodge is well mantained with love

Great location. Excellent standards throughout. High quality furnishings and decor. Breakfast room was stylish and perfectly laid out. The food and drink was excellent quality and cooked to perfection.
