Location was perfect - close to pubs and bars that sold a good selection of real ales, close to the centre of Matlock and close to a number of fantastic walks. The owners were very welcoming, easy to communicate with and accommodating - we asked for a later checkout which was not an issue.

Absolutely stunning house, we felt right at home as soon as we arrived (in fact we'd quite happily have moved in!). Brilliant location for exploring the Peak District, two great real ale bars on the doorstep and a gorgeous little artisan pizza takeaway too. If you're feeling a tad lazy, ubers back up the hill only cost around £3-4! 😄

Got breakfast in lovely Sourdough Bakery- it was very good. Location very good, accommodation lovely, spotless and comfortable, nicely decorated
