Beautiful place, everything you need and really comfortable. Yards from Matlick Bath attractions and station and a 20 minute walk to Matlock. A perfect family friendly retreat, easy to relax in and have a proper holiday. We would happily have spent a lot longer here.

The house is like a home from home. There is everything you could need for a self catering stay. Very comfortable, very clean, full smart TV or loads of board games and books if you don't want the TV on. Lovely little balcony for an evening glass and chill. Literally 1 minute walk and you are on the main street in Matlock bath with a selection of bars, restaurants, shops, cafes, arcades and the all important chippies! Matlock is a great central location to the entire Peak district with plenty of public transport links and walking routes. The house itself was quiet. Ground floor is a double ensuite room (wet room) with plenty of storage and a desk. First floor is a very comfortable lounge/kitchen area and outdoor veranda then on the second floor is a good size double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. There are plenty of windows for natural light and loads of accessible plug sockets. All the beds were really comfortable too.

Good location, very central. Good parking for one car. Lots of books and games in the property.
