Location was amazing at 5min from the iconic panorama, great apartment fully equipped and everything looked new or recently renovated. Absolutely value for money and the host was very friendly. Parking for free in the street was also a plus

The apartment is very nice - very spacious, with a lot of light, clean and is very well equipped with everything necessary. The beds are super comfy! There is a coffee machine and fully equipped kitchen. The location is very convenient to everything - it is close to Sassi, to the old town of Matera, to the new town and shops. And it is located just at the area where the blue parking area (paid parking) ends and the white parking area (free parking) starts. The hosts are very nice and they prepared some free treats for us. They also saved a parking spot for us and helped us with our luggage.

Mrs Tina was very helpful, she even moved her car so that we could park for free. The place is big, comfortable, clean, great position, about 10mins walk to the main attractions Sassi, dark and quiet at night.

Well appointed and well equipped property. Very specious, would accommodate a family. Very welcoming hosts, easy access to historic centre with all the delights the city had to offer. Free parking possible on the nearby streets.
