Location was perfect and most importantly no ZTL area! Very comfortable for parking. In other locations ZTL is big problem if you travel by car in Italy- if you want to park by the regulations you have to use parkings but to reach them you have to pass through ZTL zones and get fines without knowing and without real possibility to pay if you are not bus.

Good budget accomodation. Location is walking distance from old town and with shops nearby. Loved the balcony overlooking everyday life in working Matera. Motorbike had a park within the courtyard. We were early so it was convenient to check-in early, luckily the host was at the property at the time. Also lovely to have some snacks available and a shared fridge. Great stay thanks
