We stayed here for one night — quite a nice place, right in the historic area of Matera. Just keep in mind that if you have a suitcase, it may not be very convenient, as this part of the city is not flat. The breakfast was good.

The location is the key - but the Residenza also offers comfortable rooms with all you need. The view from the terrace - poetry. The breakfast - very satysfying. I would stay there again.
