location was excellent, on the edge of the historic pedestrian zone, so easily accessibile by car but also very close to the beautiful parts of the city; room was very nice, great shower; big tasty breakfast; best, warm friendly host, Miriam!

The apartment is very well located, close to the Sassi and other worth-to-see places. Very clean and comfortable. Miriam is very helpful and had answers for every request we made! The breakfast was excellent with very good quality products! Highly recommended!

An excellent stay! New very well equipped apartment with all the amenities you could ask for! Tastefully decorated ,in a strategic position to visit all the interesting points in a really unique city . A special thank to beautiful Miriam who prepared a delicious breakfast for us and gave us the best advices for dinner and sightseeing!
