Excellent location in the upper town right next to Piazza Sedile, yet suprisingly quiet. We could walk there from the bus station upon arrival. Beautiful and stunning view towards one of the Sassi from the very cute roof terrace. Very good master bedroom and possibility to use sleeping sofa in the other room, best for one person. Small balcony on Via delle Becchiere side. Elevator for suitcases which is a big help. Hosts Onofrio and his mother Marisa are super nice, also Marilena who serves the delicious breakfast. Onofrio gave excellent restaurant tipps, wish we had had time to try all of them…

Its closeness to everything, restaurants and museums. It was perfectly located between the two sectors of the city

Impressive place to stay in Matera. The view from our room (Sassi) was astonishing. Looking the view from the terrace at night was also something unmissable. The breakfast was also rich. Everything was perfect and the staff made our stay pleasant.

Great location, very clean, and the team members were friendly and helpful. Onofrio was very helpful on WhatsApp even before our journey. We stayed in the I Sassi room with a balcony, which had an amazing view. I would definitely recommend booking this room.
