Simply everything. The owner was a huge help with our visit to Matera and choosing restaurants. And the accommodations were wonderful.

The place is in an exceptional location very close to the center of Matera, but without entering the historic center by car. Our hosts provided us with very useful videos for parking in the right place without requiring fees, as well as for entering the rooms. Everything with parking and check-in went smoothly and without any problems. The rooms and bathrooms are very good size, with extremely high ceilings which make it very spacious. All clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, it was quiet. We had a very good breakfast in the breakfast room of the place of stay, everything you need for a good start of the day. The hosts provide a map of Matera with very good suggestions for walking routes so that we could see everything on our way without having to climb steps and very steep roads. Thank you La Lupa, it was a great stay for all of us!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. We felt right at home. The towels, bed linen, bed in the bedroom and sofa were of the highest standard - very clean and comfortable. Comfortable, spacious and the decor was very tasteful. Everything was available - from toiletries to coffee and snacks. The location is very good, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, the main train station and the bus station! The communication throughout our stay was excellent. In addition, the owner gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage until late in the day. We highly recommend it and would definitely be happy to come back again!
