We liked everything here, the place is 3 minutes walk from the historical center and 5 minutes to the train station, the staff was very helpful and the room very nice and clean and warm. They also served breakfast, is was great to have our coffee early, before leaving the house for a walk in the morning

Location - using the word "Centralissimo" is correct. Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. We ware waited at the previously given time.

The stay was lovely! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the location was perfect close to everything in Matera. But what really made the difference was the host. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful. My bus dropped me off 2 km away from the property instead of the expected 100 meters. Since Uber doesn’t work well in Matera, I started walking — but the host came to pick me up in her car along the way and gave me a ride to the property. That level of care and hospitality is truly rare.
