The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had just finished a gruelling stage of the Cammino Materano and the young lady at the reception welcomed us and insisted we sit and rehydrate ourselves before worring about the check in. She investigated bus and train schedules for oir return and helped us book. tickets. The young man who replaced her later arranged for an in room (excellent) breakfast so we could make the bus. The staff was definitely the best part. The location was also excellent, our room faced one of the "chiese rupestri" and gave us an outstanding view of the city.

Interesting experience, when the rooms are organized not in corridor system, but one partly on another one ore elevated a bit regarding the adjacent one. And terrace in front of every room was a perfect place for a morning coffee. The personnel was very helpful - for parking and sightseeing tips.

I definitely recommend booking a room with a view, we loved our room with a balcony in this beautiful city. The breakfast is basic but yummy, you need to order what you want the night before- the only hot food will be if you cook yourself a toastie (there’s a toastie maker) so order enough bread, cheese, ham and butter to make that happen - the bread is delicious. The lovely lady in the afternoon shift is so kind and will help you with everything you need.
