great Property with exceptionally warm and welcoming staff. The professionalism was on a high level. Special recommendation goes to Mr. Saagar, Mr. Ashok and Purni who were very professional and took care of all our needs. The only issue i would like to point out about the property is that the room that we stayed in was adversited as a 2 bedroom. However it was not a 2 bedroom but a ONE bedroom (which was a small box room) with a king size bed in the other OPEN room which wasnt exactly a room as it didnt have a door. The hotel needs to be clear when they advertise for such facilities being very specific. Also a 2 bedroom ideally has to have 2 bathrooms but this had only one. Therefore in terms of the room our expections were not met as they were not advertised clearly. save for that its a great property and great value for money

Everything about this place is beautiful. The location, ocean, resort, food etc. It's value for money. Staff are good, very helpful. It's a well maintained resort. Variety of delicious food. It is a huge resort so it does not feel overcrowded.

The food is of good quality. The staff is phenomenal. The only improvement I think could be the in room mini bar - not everyone drinks beer, maybe a wine option would be good. 2ndly the sofa beds are tired - the mattress has lost its comfort. Lastly the beach was very disappointing - It’s flooded with hawkers and no place to actual take a walk on the beach or swim on the beach due to all the debris and hawkers - it’s a zero for me when it comes to the beach rating. Otherwise excellent service at the hotel itself.
