The hotel and room were very nice! Staff was really friendly as well with any questions i had! I only stayed for one night after gili islands for the airport

The rooms very clean and comfortable enough. It had a pool and towels provided for pool use. Reataurant dinner food was very good

What I liked about my stay at Santika was that the room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered was good—there was a nice variety of choices and the food was fresh and tasty. These aspects contributed positively to my overall experience despite the earlier issue with the room request.
