Lala and her family are truly wonderful. They fulfilled all our wishes and gave us great tips. We felt incredibly comfortable during our stay. Lala prepared an amazingly delicious breakfast for us. The room was very clean, and we really appreciated the proximity to Hiriketiya / Dickwella as well as the quiet beach in Talalla. I’m sure we will come back again.

I loved my stay at Hey Lala Talalla — it felt like a home away from home. The guesthouse is beautifully kept: the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with all the needed essentials. The location is great— just a short, peaceful walk to Talalla Beach, which is perfect for relaxing days by the sea, away from crowds. What truly made my stay special was the warm hospitality of the host family. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and took great care to ensure I had everything I needed. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and homey. Overall, this was one of the most memorable stays in Sri Lanka — highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, great hosts, and an authentic local experience.
