We paid for the sea view and it was well worth it. At the far end of Marissa Beach away from main road. The surfers spend all day out the front and so never ending entertainment watching them. The beach to swim in is right next door. Great food and staff. Aircon great. We saw a massive turtle from room feeding on grassed sea rocks in front of hotel.

The best hotel out of many that we stayed in over the 4 weeks that we were in Sri Lanka. It is 10 out of 10, location, hospitality and amazing staff. The Bonus, there was not a fridge in the room so we asked if it would be possible to have one and within an hour they delivered a brand new one and set it up at no extra cost!!!! amazing and a massive thank you all.
