Brenda and Sid were great hosts who made us feel welcomed. It was nice and tranquil and a very enjoyable few days. The spa was a nice treat, too. The gardens were beautiful, and the wee Hobit hole adorable. This place is a must stay. I will definitely be back to stay again. Thanks, Brenda and Sid. 😊

A cozy and welcoming place with a hospitable host. We really enjoyed our stay and loved watching The Hobbit movie at night — such a nice touch! Highly recommended.

This is an outstanding escape, relatively close to Hobbiton. A very quiet facility, apparently looked after by a very competent cat! Comfortable, quiet, wonderful surrounds.

My partner and I had the most amazing stay at Kaimai Sunset Bed & Breakfast. The accomodation was extremely cosy and you could see all the effort that’s been put in to make it a comfortable and homely stay. The spa was a perfect temperature, the property was lovely, amenities and cleanliness were 10/10, breakfast was tasty and most of all, Brenda and Syd were super welcoming. We wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to be back again one day. Thank you!
