Everything. Its clean, comfortable and easy to book in. Beautiful venue. Quiet and peaceful. We went out to dinner Peter and I and my 93year old mother told us she didn't want to go anywhere she just wanted to stay home watching TV and being comfortable on the sofa. Thank you.

Breakfast ingredients were very pleasant and plentiful. We were given a thorough orientation of the property and assistance when needed it. Location was great for an early journey to Hobbiton. Thanks Anne

Of all the properties we stayed in during our 2 week tour of NZ, this was the best. Very close to Hobbiton for those wishing to visit and full of LotR memorabilia. Unfortunately, as we were doing both the day and evening tours of Hobbiton we didn't have that long to stay in this lovely property... Very welcoming owner and they had left us with eggs, jams, a loaf of bread, muffins, milk, yoghurts and orange juice to name but a few items. Just wish we could have taken advantage of it all but we had to leave early the next morning too so our stay was far too short... Thoroughly recommended!
