The location to the beach. The price. The coffee in the morning on the balcony. The place was really clean and that is always a positive experience .

In a quiet spot within a 10 minute walk to centre of Matala. Lovely pool and surroundings. Good breakfast. We have returned here over many years & lovely to see upgraded bathrooms. Daily cleaning is very efficient, plentiful parking.
