The locality was quiet and private. The outside space was a very pleasant place to watch the stars and kickback.

The Lodge was easy to get to as it was situated along the main road in Masterton. Accessible to amenities around yet private and tranquil. The bed was super comfy and we slept really well. Staff was really friendly, helpful and accommodating. Good WiFi which really helped us in searching up well rated cafes and there was one just within walking distance -The Coffee Ride Cafe. The Lodge is also really close to The Clareville Bakery along SH 2 towards Carterton. We also enjoyed the TV programmes which they had available on their network.

Large studio, with access directly onto outdoor lawned area. Room included table and 2 chairs for eating, which I hadn't seen in the photo.
