Please let Villa Lovisi know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.The villa and pool are cleaned once a week. Sheets and towels are also provided and are changed once a week.Please note that the number of rooms available depends on the number of guests staying.If there are 4 guests, 2 rooms will be available. If there are 6 guests, 3 rooms will be available. If there are 8 guests, all 4 rooms will be available.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Excellent stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The heated pool is a good extra and definitely worth using. Ideal for 2 families (up to 8 persons). Good location, guiet atmosphere, and very friendly hosts — would happily stay here again.

In general we were very happy with the villa. The villa is spacious, having 3 separate bedrooms, very nice kitchen and living room. It has lovely oriented terrasse next to the swimming pool, where the sun is shining from the morning. The swimming pool was simply lovely. We asked for extra heating (for extra cost) and it was fantastic choice. The temperature was excellent during the whole days and evenings. The host was very kind and responsive. We did not need much but we felt that if anything would have been needed, he would provide a solution very quickly. The location of the villa is a bit further from the beach and the main promenade but on the other hand it is located in the calm area of Sonnenland. The only small inconvenience was the ongoing construction of another villa just next to ours. But as soon as the construction is finished, the area will be very calm again. We would be very happy to return back.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lovisi. The house is located in a quiet area and has private parking. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked a few meals in the house and even used the barbeque. The garden and private swimming pool were fantastic and we used it a lot during our stay.

A Perfect Family Holiday Stay!” We had a fantastic time staying at Lovisi’s house for our family holiday. The location was great, with good shops and restaurants just a short drive away. The house itself was spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making it the perfect home away from home. The heated pool was a wonderful bonus, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Communication with the host was outstanding—quick responses and very friendly throughout. We highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!
