It was a very comfortable place to stay for five nights. I am a light sleeper and the beds, quietness and blackout curtains gave me an excellent night’s sleep. The A/C was a little cold for me and I had to keep adjusting the default setting but it was a small thing. The food was great and we tried all of the themed restaurants. Kulinarium was our favourite. The pools were lovely, if a little chilly at first! We enjoyed moving around each day. There is a quieter one tucked away beside the hotel which was probably our favourite. The whole place was like a botanical garden with so many palm trees and plants. The vibe of the place was very chilled with lots of older people and young families. We didn’t expect the evening entertainment to be so good but we thoroughly enjoyed all the evenings we spent at the main stage. Wonderful dancers and acrobatic displays! The staff were lovely and extremely hard working. I woke up early one morning and saw a cleaner washing the paths outside, from my balcony, while it was still dark! I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Solid 4 star hotel, where you wanna go with kids . Everytime you want to complain about something you have to remind yourself that this is indeed 4 star hotel. Tip of trip- Good coffee can be found at sports bar!

Staff are very friendly and helpful, treated me without discrimination. Loads of activities that are easily accessible- exercise, painting and so on. It is a very good idea to provide shower room for guess especially who have checked out but stay at hotel while waiting for their airport time. very good system for bath towel changes. Many thanks to Natalia- receptionist in Grand Canarias.
