Abir “A calm, serene homestay with an amazing view of the mountains”

The location of the property is amazing. The approach road, or the lack of it, may be a little unnerving for the city-bred. Once we reached the homestay, we were pleasantly surprised by the clean rooms, spic and span bathrooms and an expansive balcony that overlooked the hills and valleys. The only sounds that one heard were the jungle sounds and an occasional dog barking. The view was simply breathtaking and we enjoyed the sunset view from the balcony. This place is unbelievably calm and serene and a perfect place to just come and relax. We came to Mashobra to participate in the Tuffman challenge and our host was gracious enough to ferry us back and forth in his maruti 800 car. The host, Sanjeev, is very hospitable and cheerful. All in all, if you enjoy wilderness, this is a lovely place for the weekend.

The location was really beautiful Treck to the waterfall was really thrilling but worth it. The service was good too.
