Need to request for them to clean the pull if I need to use it. And the fact that they were telli g us to only take 2 rashes of bacon. I think that is extremely unprofessional. Cater enough for your guest or do not offer breakfast. Also the fact thatthey did not have irons and ironing boards to supply to the rooms, but forced us to pay for ironing. Maintaince was a general challenge in all the rooms we had. The shower drain was loose. The window handle was off, there were no dishes or spoons I some of the rooms. We had to request for cleaning to happen.

My partner and I recently enjoyed a truly beautiful and peaceful holiday that we will cherish forever! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff deserve a special shoutout—Chef Michael and Magen truly went above and beyond, preparing the most mouth-watering meals for us, always on time and exquisitely done. Their attention to detail and passion for their craft were evident in every bite! Itumeleng also ensured our stay was extra special by keeping our room immaculate every single day. Her dedication and kindness didn’t go unnoticed. This was more than just a vacation and I do recommend this place 🥰🥰
