Very good It’s not the easiest spot to locate; you’ll need to go up a hill to the furthest point. The name doesn’t show up well on maps, so be sure to call when you get to the crossroads or follow the GPS coordinates. But it’s totally worth it—the place is lovely, the meals are really good, and the staff are so friendly.

My stay at Masaka Backpackers was only for one night, but it was truly wonderful. It was such a comfortable place that I honestly wished I could have stayed longer. The garden and restaurant are beautiful, and there are hammocks in the garden where I really enjoyed relaxing and spending some quiet time. When I was leaving, the owner, Joseph, kindly he took me to the main road where I could catch a bus and even helped negotiate the bus fare for me. His kindness genuinely touched my heart. All the staff were very kind and friendly, and the fish curry I ordered for dinner was absolutely delicious. I would love to visit again someday. とても雰囲気の良い宿です。オーナーのジョセフは明るく優しいです！ありがとうございました✨

Amazing experience with Masaka Backpacks! Excelent reception, we really felt like home. Food is so great! We are gonna miss everyone.
