The view is spectacular and you can see animals in the savanna from there. The hotel is lovely and well maintained. All members of staff are extremely friendly and professional. The room service is exceptional and the food at the restaurant delicious. Staying there definitely contributed to an unforgettable stay in the Mara !

Superb immersive experience in Masai Mara park, with a beautiful view from a hilltop on the valley. Creative architecture which intgerates very well with the environment. Flawless service

The hotel location is wonderful! The second time after eight years visited Mara Serena. Amazing safaris even during the rain season. Special respect to guides- drivers! Mozes brought us on the muddy broken road to see the lion pride on the short distance! Special respect! Only small remark to the administration: don’t save the money for the African local fruit- more mangos, papayas, pine apples….! And every customer will be happier!🙂😇
