It was cosy and welcoming. Snacks were provided. The person hand delivered hairdryer when we thought we didn't have one. Very kind. It was a good comfortable stay.

James the host very accommodating. I have mobility issues and was warned by james before payment about the access stairs to the flat. I thought I could manage them, but I over estimated my ability. James immediately offered to transfer my party to a different property - exceptional customer care. We didn't take up his offer as I had siblings in the area with similar issues, so although I decamped the other 2 in the party stayed. I still met them for breakfast, which was outstanding and amazing value. I can't rate this more highly for more able bodied people. The facilities in the flat were exceptional. The flat is a home from home and I was deeply saddened to decamp.
