The room is clean, the hospitality is fantastic. The environment is very cozy. The food the staff prepared was amazing! The real Portuguese country tastes! They really put their love in their work!

Calm, quiet, excellent pool and brilliant hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was to die for - Loads of different continental options with regional products. The Quinta is situated close to Castelo de Vide e Marvão which are lovely places to visit, however is in a remote enough location for it to feel like a break from a busy life.

Wonderful stay in a peaceful location and photographic directions from Emanuela were brilliant so it was easy to find. The room was more than adequate with efficient air conditioning and a reasonably comfortable bed. The pillows held their shape, which was a bonus as so many hotels have pillows so soft that you get no support whatsoever. A a nice bright bathroom with good plumbing and plenty of towels! Great breakfast with good choice and nothing was too much trouble. Maybe slightly hotter coffee would have been good but that was a minor thing. We were given the use of a large guest fridge and kitchen and welcome to put leftover breakfast in there to eat later for lunch. A lovely touch. Nothing was too much trouble. The night sky was breathtaking as the levels of light pollution were kept low...loved that! Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds, and an outdoor covered sitting room. Truly lovely staff with a guest focus and nice owners who popped round to make sure guests were welcomed and happy.
