Beautiful garden and pool. Well kept property but without doubt the most inconvenient bathrooms, old piping, cracked tub, lack of hot water and shower pressure, no toiletries replaced. Not quite the 5* advertised...Polite but rather complacent staff, service very slow and inconsistent.

- Daniella was a wonderful server and went above and beyond - service worthy of 5* hotel / top restaurant - Rest of the staff were lovely but seemed inexperienced and often nowhere to be seen - The building and grounds are beautiful - The sun loungers (that weren’t broken) were comfy and pool is great - Shower products were nice - OK breakfast
