The location. The owners and how they took care of us - with our lowered cars we needed wooden planks to be able to access the main building. We had a sense of absolute safety and peace. We were offered coffee upon arrival and just at the time of departure. Michaela took care of our evening booking in a restaurant in lovely Pitigliano. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with endless refills of great coffee. The decor in the room and bathroom is fantastic. The area is quiet and peaceful; a real Toskana vibe.

Breakfast was of fresh plenty of variety very well presented. Of our 17 stays in 6 weeks in Italy this would be in the top range Well done we had our breakfast under the patio with views of the distant vineyards The accommodation was easy to find plenty of room for our hire car quiet location within easy drive to numerous small towns such as split city and spa town The hostess was most obliging even though she had a handful of bicycle riders to attend to Our room was a large one Beautifully decorated. Bathroom of very good quality a touch tight Much better than anticipated highly recommended and good valve for money Barbara tony

We had a great time. Michaela warmly welcomed us and made sure that we have everything we need. The space is perfectly organized so you’ll have a dreamy vacation, with an amazing views surrounding the property. The room was very clean and carefully designed to the last detail, and breakfast was rich with home made and local products. Thank you Michaela!
