The hotel facilities are amazing, and it's a huge hotel. You have pools spread all over the facility and most of them with a pool bar close by. The food is great and you can pick one of the many restaurants available with different kinds of food. The drinks are Ok. The animation at the evening was great and for all ages. The fire show and the pool party were a must! Finally, the room was great and cleaning works very well there!

The all you can eat buffet was amazing, there were so many swimming pools that i couldn't count them all and it was right next to the beach. And as if that wasn't enough, the staff were very accomadating, the room we were staying at had a beautiful view of the beach. And to finish it all off, there was even a waterpark with lots of slides.

"Beautiful hotel, everything was perfect. The sea and the beach were stunning. The staff was kind and welcoming. The food was amazing, even for the picky ones. Hotel has thirty water slides for all ages. I would like to thank the hotel staff for their exceptional kindness — I will definitely come back again."

My First Experience in Marsa Alam This was my first visit to Marsa Alam, and it began wonderfully with a warm welcome from Mr. Mostafa Emad, a kind and cheerful person who upgraded our room upon arrival. Throughout our stay, Mr. Sayed made sure to check on us daily, ensuring all our needs were met and that we were enjoying every minute of our vacation. The place looks even better in real life than it does in the photos on Booking.com - everything exceeded our expectations. All the staff were exceptional - extremely helpful, polite, and always smiling. I truly hope to visit again and relive this amazing experience
