We had a truly unforgettable stay at this wonderful hotel!The gardens are absolutely stunning, perfectly maintained and with herons walking freely through the greenery..it really felt like a hidden paradise!!Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes every day. A special thank you and big compliments to all the local staff and also to Serena and Andrea from the Bravo staff..they all made our stay even more special. We already miss it and can’t wait to come back!

Overall stay were a super nice experience in Gemma resort. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Food was delicious. The only downside was the distance from the airport, as it’s a bit far, but everything else was perfect. I highly recommend.

The hotel is very focused on italian clients so the food is very good accordingly to that. Every evening there was different theme dinner - steaks, seafood, barbeque, fish and everything was delicious. The staff was nice and friendly, making jokes all the time with everyone, our waiter Atty was super nice and we always went to his tables. Also the receptionst Bassem was very helpful and friendly. Early check-in and late check-out without problem and without further payments. The hotel is older but the rooms were clean and cozy.
