Very comfortable stay! The staff was very helpful and kind! Special mention to Selma who took care of us at the spa and gave us the most comfortable experience. A shoutout to Morad at the rooftop pool/Bar for taking good care of us and a shoutout to Youssef for all his recommendations for places to visit!

Location was perfect, quite central but still had to get a taxi to most places. Gym was impressive for a hotel gym. Staff were always friendly and helpful especially when it came to trying to get a yellow cab, making sure we didn’t get charged more than we should. Breakfast options were really good. Rooftop pool is lovely, the Ritzi restaurant food was also lovely. Not a bad thing to say about this hotel. Room was cleaned everyday and fresh water topped up. Would definitely stay here again!!

The rooms were very clean and tidy so was the hotel and in a perfect location across from the train station and not to far from the other places like the mall and the square etc… all the staff were really good and the ones at reception who went out of there way to help but the customer relation manager was the best bit about the whole stay who made us feel special and feel welcome I think he was called yousaf he will go above and beyond to make ur stay feel enjoyable and go back with a smile

Everything was superb! The staff were amazing, they provided such exceptional customer service, very attentive and made me and my families experience a great pleasure. Super friendly, helpful and kind. Management team work so hard in providing a happy stress free holiday. I definitely would recommend this hotel and will be coming back to stay when I’m next in Marrakesh.
