The hotel is splendid with amazing gardens and good facilities all around. The staff from pool, restaurants/bars is very nice and helpful and the food is incredibly yummy. Compliments to the chef(s)! Comfy beds and daily room cleaning (by very nice ladies), free transfer to Medina.

Had the best week staying at Riu Tikida Palmeraie. The room was so spacious with 2 wardrobes, and the beds were comfortable. Fresh big bottled water was provided each day complimentary in our room. Just want to say that the staff really makes this place, they are so friendly and helpful and have the best energy - just want to give a special mention to Amine on the pool bar as he really looked after us, and to Amin, Kau and the girls (sorry if spelt wrong) for bringing the best vibes and energy to the entertainment during the day and evening. Read some reviews about the food and drinks not being the best, but we found them nice and the food suffered slightly everyday. A range of drinks were available and staff were happy to fill up refillable cups. The hotel site itself felt really safe, which security around which made us feel extremely safe - Thankyou. Plenty to do on site, daily activities, the pool is huge and there’s a gym, tennis court etc. just want to mention as well that the site was really well maintained and clean.
