Reception staff very helpful in general, especially hussein on the night shift. When asked for towels gave them straight away and all staff in general helped with finding places/taxis etc.

We booked this last minute as the original hotel booking was with Stars hotel and spa who cancelled our booking the night before! The location is good, lots of places to eat nearby and a lovely mall walking distance. The room was spacious. Despite being a city hotel it was nice and quiet. Mohammed at reception was a star! He was super friendly, made us feel welcome, accommodated our requests as well as giving good advice about Marakkech, he was also so thoughtful in arranging a zattar drink for me as I wasn’t feeling well on checkout day- he was the main reason this hotel has a high-ish score otherwise would have scored less.

Small ,cosy hotel. Lovely clean rooms.,with up to date toilets. Good breakfast .Pool adjacent to breakfast room ,ideal for relaxing Guy on reception extremely helpful. Knew exactly what I required before I even asked him.Staff in restaurant very friendly. A very good.,value for money hotel . I have used it before and will do again .
