Ibtissam & Awan were very welcoming, and our room was nice and big with an excellent bathroom. The location is walking distance from the train station, perfect for travellers!

It's a great location near the train station and the centre of Gueliz. The room was very comfortable and clean, and I was given a welcome basket with water and a chocolate treat.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers good standards. It is a practical and reliable choice for a stay in the city. What really stands out is the hospitality. The staff were extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help. We were welcomed with complimentary treats, which made a great first impression. They also shared useful information about the city and the hotel via WhatsApp, which was very helpful. The room was very clean, and housekeeping was done carefully. There were also some complimentary items in the room. I especially appreciated the slippers, which are not very common in many hotels in Morocco but are very important for comfort. The location is also very convenient. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away. Majorelle Garden is around 10 minutes by taxi, and Jemaa el-Fnaa square is also about 10 minutes away. Overall, it is a pleasant and well-organized place to stay, with excellent hospitality.
