The staff are amazingly nice and interested in making sure our stay was enjoyable. The bed was super comfortable and location of the place was great. The riad itself is beautiful and very well kept. A taxi station is 4 mins away by walk but you're also a walking distance away from main attractions. The breakfast was also really good.

I would like to say how exceptional Riad Salman is! We would highly recommend it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this little oasis away from the busy streets of Marrakech. We arrived quite late at night on our first day so we wondered where we were being taken initially as the Riad was tucked away down a winding alleyway. What a gem it was though - hidden away, and very quiet! All the Riad staff were SO helpful, attentive and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. (I mentioned that we were finding our bed a little too firm and they immediately - I mean straightaway! - added extra padding for us. What service!) The Riad was beautiful with a small plunge pool in the centre courtyard; it had stunning decor, and a gorgeous rooftop area with outside seating to relax in if you didn't want to be in your room. The breakfast each morning was sumptuous: fresh orange juice, delicious coffee or mint tea, seasonal fruit or yoghurt, honey, jams, and flatbreads, pancakes, and bread. We rarely needed lunch because we were so well fed! We did a couple of very early morning trips (e.g. a hot-air balloon flight) and the staff organised takeaway breakfasts for us all which was very kind of them. They also organised our transport to and from the airport which was hugely helpful. They even printed out our Ryanair boarding passes because we hadn't realised that Morrocco is one of the destinations where you cannot download the mobile app (worth noting if you fly with Ryanair!). I am so pleased that we chose Riad Salman over one of the larger hotels at the edge of the city for our accommodation - it was a great location within easy walking distance of the Medina, palaces and souks to the east, and newer parts of the city to the west. Such a great trip!

All staff members were very sweet and kind, which made the experience really pleasant. They were attentive and friendly in a way that felt genuine. Breakfast was great and they were happy to serve it on the lovely terrace.
