I faced some difficulties at the beginning of my stay at the hotel, my husband, and my son, because the room I was directed to did not have the features I requested, but the intervention of an official named Mr. Saad solved the problem immediately, and throughout our stay at the hotel he was present day and night to answer all our questions. We really appreciate his services to us, which he provided with all humility and simplicity. What I really liked is that he personally went and brought a child’s chair for my son and took care to provide all the means of comfort for us. From here I thank him and confirm that it is good to have a responsible person like him in the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff and the manager, Mr. Saad, who was incredibly kind and attentive. The security guard and the gentleman serving tea were also very friendly and made us feel at home. We are a family with a young child, and we truly appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed the pool, which was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious — a great variety of international options. Everything was perfect — 10/10! We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the manager and Munir. They made our stay enjoyable. The hotel was in a good location and we walked to all the local attractions.

The hotel is exceptional.. The staff are just amazing and so helpful.. Saad the hotel manager and all the staff on reception desk like Zizou, Houda, Ihsane are so kind and ready to help at all times.. I like the location of the hotel and I would definitely return here on my next visit. Best regards, Mansour
