Reception staff and Islem Ghislane was very helpful through out our stay Othman and Soumia were brilliant and Samir by the aqua park pool all great and friendly

I would like to start by saying that the beds were extremely comfortable, the service was fantastic, and the room cleaning was exactly as it should be—everything was spotless and very well taken care of. What impressed me the most, however, was the food. I was genuinely amazed. Everything was incredibly tasty, perfectly seasoned, and clearly prepared with great care and attention to detail—not something done just for the sake of it. The quality is truly first-class. Even the vegetables were full of flavor, which is quite rare in many hotels. Compared to other places I’ve stayed, such as hotels in Turkey or Egypt where the food often felt quite average, this was on a completely different level. I would easily rate it 10 out of 10. The cakes and desserts not only looked beautiful but also tasted absolutely delicious. Initially, I had only booked a breakfast option, but my daughter didn’t want to leave the hotel because she loved the pool and water park so much. After a very pleasant conversation with the manager, we were able to upgrade to an all-inclusive option for a small additional fee—quickly and without any problems. I highly recommend this hotel from the bottom of my heart and would definitely come back again.
