We had a really great stay at this riad in Marrakech and would happily return. The riad itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job with daily cleaning. The whole team was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, which made the stay feel relaxed and personal from the start. A special mention to Amine, who truly made a difference to our trip. He was extremely helpful throughout—organising luggage transfer from the main road on arrival, arranging taxis to the airport and golf courses, booking a hammam for us, and giving excellent dinner recommendations. Everything was seamless thanks to him. The location is also a big plus. It’s right on the edge of the medina, so while you do need to walk the final stretch (no cars allowed inside), you benefit from being close to one of the main entrances. That makes it easy to both explore the medina on foot and quickly grab taxis when needed. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service, a lovely atmosphere, and a very convenient location.

Riad Oasis 3 was extremely well-located yet secluded in the medina, at the edge of the Royal Palace, and from the rooftop terrace, you could look out over the lush Royal gardens into the sunset. We warmed up in the morning on the terrace and sipped tea there in the afternoon after walking for hours, with bougainvillea as a backdrop. The souks were a 7-minute walk away but we never heard any noise at the riad, which was very incredibly quiet. Each bedroom was well-equipped and spacious, decorated with interesting art, the owner being a quirky French collector. It was a pleasure to be staying all together (6 people) in a private riad where everyone was equally comfortable, without its costing an exorbitant amount. There was a separate dining area, a lounge-sitting area w a bar and speakers, and a kitchen. Of course, the pool in the courtyard was charming (we were there in January, so no one dipped in) and there was a pleasant nook to eat outdoors had it been warmer. The location was truly ideal and the accommodation was incredibly comfortable without being pretentious. Amine, the manager with whom we communicated by whatsapp before arriving, met us at the riad when we arrived, actually, as each person arrived throughout the first day. He arranged transportation from the airport to the gates of the medina and then a porter to take our bags to the riad by cart. He came to the riad every morning to oversee the exquisite Moroccan breakfasts which three ladies prepared for us, and advised us on what to visit and where to eat throughout the day/evening. We would all go back with great pleasure.
